Worth knowing before you go

• Closed / restricted: Some attractions — including the wave pool, water coaster and lazy river jets — close for maintenance without advance notice on the website.
• Book ahead: The Express Pass covers only three to four rides including Riptide Rocket and Rainbow Reef — on quieter weekdays it is rarely needed.
• Crowds: Popular rides see 30–60 minute waits on busy days; weekday mornings are the quietest, and an Express Pass covers the top three or four rides.
• Best time: The park opens at 10am and closes at 5pm, with some Saturday evenings extended to 8pm with DJ sessions — most visitors cover everything in three to four hours.
• On foot: The ground is textured and gets very hot underfoot in the sun; water shoes or aqua sandals can be worn on most rides and solve this entirely.
• Cost: Locker hire runs around S$15–25, food mains S$15–20, water S$5, and towels must be purchased (around S$30) rather than rented — extras add up quickly.
• Rules: Most slides require 107–122 cm minimum height; all riders are weighed at each ride, so younger or smaller children are limited to the lazy river, wave pool and Rainbow Reef.
• Facilities: The park sells waterproof phone pouches on site, useful for the lazy river and wave pool, though at a premium over outside prices.
