Important Notes:

• Maximize Your Island Time: This itinerary is designed for flights arriving early in Port Blair, allowing you to make the most of your time exploring the stunning beaches and natural beauty of Havelock Islands.
• For hotels in Wandoor or Chidyatapu, the visit to Cellular Jail will be scheduled before dropping you at the hotel. The Light and Sound show will be arranged after your return from Havelock or Neil.
• Vehicles cannot wait outside Cellular Jail, so guests will be dropped at a parking point approximately 400 meters from the entrance.
• The timing of the Sound & Light show is subject to ticket availability.
• Remember to bring a valid PHOTO ID (Pan Card not accepted) for Port Blair jetty entry. No alcohol is allowed on the ferry.
• Beach No 7 is closed for guests after sunset.
• As there are limited cars available on Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep), please follow the tour manager's timelines.
• For activities at Elephant Beach, such as snorkeling and water sports, it is advisable to pre-book at the boarding point to ensure availability.
• Alcohol is strictly prohibited on Elephant Beach.
• Boats to Elephant Beach are managed by a boat association, and wait times may occur due to limited availability. Please note that wait times are beyond our control.
• Check-out times at Havelock hotels are typically in the morning, and late check-out depends on hotel management and availability.

Arrive at least one hour before the departure of the Havelock ferry.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• Transparent and Inclusive Pricing: All prices quoted by LocalTrav in this package include taxes to provide clarity and simplicity for travelers.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
• There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of Medical condition it completely depends on hotel policy).
• Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
• The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
• We reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• In case a flight gets cancelled, we will not be liable to provide any alternate flights within the same cost, any additional cost incurred for the same shall be borne by the traveler.
• If your stay falls on special dates (like 24th December, 31st December, 14th February, etc.) when hotel organize gala dinner, then there may be mandatory Gala Dinner Charges additional that you need to pay at the hotel directly.
• LocalTrav serves as a facilitator, arranging travel services through a network of third-party vendors. While we meticulously choose reputable vendors to provide the best possible experience, we are not the direct operators of these services. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any incidents, such as accidents during flights, ferry rides, or other forms of transportation, or any other unforeseen events. • Vehicle as mentioned in the booking will be provided. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicle or upgraded vehicle is required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
• July - August is generally rainy season in Andamans and beaches may be closed if climatic conditions are not favorable .Water sports activities and excursions may be subject to weather conditions.
• Due to limited ferries guest may have to wait until their ferries is allotted and we have no control over the wait time
• In case ferry (Makruzz, Coastal Cruise and Green Ocean etc.) is not operational due to weather conditions, technical issues or other unavoidable reasons, We shall make the best possible alternate arrangements. However, We will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this and will not be held responsible for cancellation of ferry
• Please carry change of clothes, towel, cap, sunglasses, sunscreen and wear comfort clothing for doing water sports
• Andamans overall has poor network connectivity hence phones and internet may not work properly. BSNL works the best in almost all island in Andaman
• Andamans overall has very limited ATM’s so we suggest to carry sufficient cash as the EDC Machines (Machines to swipe card) may not work due to poor network
• Language and food culture is influenced by Bengal and Tamil Nadu
• No pharmacies except in Port Blair (Suggest to carry general medicines )
• Cars provided will not be at disposal. It will be at point to point service (customer need to adhere the time line mentioned by the local coordinator to avoid inconvenience)
• Passengers will not be allowed to board the cab in case of wet cloths during tour. Eco-changing rooms (provided by the local authorities) are available at all beaches
• Itineraries may change according to weather conditions and delays
• It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID
• All hotels in Andaman have an early morning check out time (8 AM) and late checkout is provided at the discretion of the hotel management. Luggage can be kept in reception post check out
• The days when you leave early morning for Sightseeing, you need to collect your packed breakfast from the hotel
• While going to Cellular Jail ,please take a guide which is Rs:200 for you to understand the history of the place (Not compulsion)
• Since it is a Coastal area it is advised to carry light clothes, sun glasses and sun screen
• Cellular Jail is closed on Monday and on all Govt holidays. Ross Island is closed on Wednesday and Govt holidays
• Museums at Port Blair are closed on Govt holidays. (Samudrika Marine is closed on Mondays and Anthropological Museum is closed on Thursday)
• At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
• Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
